There are a couple of documents below that you can download and update with the information needed to create a cusomised website for you.

Once we receive that information we will have our developers create your website for to review. Your site will contain information about your services and you will have the opportunity to make changes before the site goes live.

Before we get to the documents, here is some additional information. 

Your Investment

The development fee for your 'done for you' website is just $990 including GST.

The monthly fee of $49.50 per month* includes hosting your site at a state of the art Australian hosting facility with security and generator power to ensure maximum up-time of your site no matter what the weather conditions and daily backups of your site. But the most important benefit is the regular updates to your site with professionally prepared articles and business information that search engines love and keep you positioned as a leader in your field.

The 'Done For You' Websites are a service for Cashflow Manager Inner Circle Members, so if you are not an Inner Circle Member you need to become one. You can download the application form by clicking on the following link.

 Ready to Get Started?

OK, to get your website up and running you simply need to download the following document, complete it and return it to Cashflow Manager.

The Word document is created in Word 2003 and allows you to type your information into the document so you can simply email it back (although you will need to send us a signed printed copy).

The PDF needs to be printed so you can either write or type on the printed copy.

To save, right click on the document you require and 'Save As' (Internet Explorer) or 'Save Link As' (Firefox) and save the document to a location on your computer.

Once you have completed the information return it to us using one of the options within the document. Your new firm website will be only a week or two away.

• ‘Done for You’ Accountant Websites are developed by Cashflow Manager Pty Ltd with the assistance of practice management specialist Pat Camm from P J Camm & Associates Pty Ltd. Wayne Burgan from Cashflow Manager and Pat Camm have both run successful accounting practices themselves and been involved in the profession for over 25 years.
• The fees for development and hosting/maintenance are based on the standard selection of websites together with any changes (such as changes in wording) agreed to at the time of development. Substantial changes from the ‘done for you’ templates may result in additional fees. However, any such fees will be agreed before proceeding. Similarly, additional features that become available such as a client secure area and eCommerce facilities may also result in additional fees in relation to both development and hosting/maintenance.
• The fees are current as at 1st November 2009 and are subject to change.
• The fees for website development do not include fees payable to third parties for your domain name. In the event that the developers arrange domain names for you, fees for registering the domain and ongoing renewal fees will be payable to Cashflow Manager Pty Ltd. In the event that any such fees are not paid, Cashflow Manager Pty Ltd reserves the right to transfer the domain name.
• Your website is developed in .Net portal technology and the copyright belongs to Cashflow Manager Pty Ltd and/or its licensors. In the event that you wish to transfer your website to an alternative host, some sections of the website such as the ‘resource library’ and other articles may no longer be available for your use.
• Any photographs e.g. your people and your office need to be supplied by you although we can send professional photographers if required (at your cost). Photographs can be supplied in a .jpeg, .bmp, .png or. tif format. Please note that photographs may require editing by the developers. If photographs are not supplied within reasonable time Cashflow Manager Pty Ltd reserves the right to publish the website without them.
